Getting started
What is this thing?
It is one calm place where AI helpers can look things up, write, and build for you. They show you their plan and ask before anything important happens.
Can I use it today?
Not yet. The Mac app is built and in testing, and nothing is released. The download page says where each version stands.
How will I find out when it is ready?
Email us from the home page or the contact page. We will send you one note when the Mac app is ready.
I have never used AI. Will I be lost?
No. You just say what you want in plain words. You never have to choose anything technical.
What it does
What can it help me with?
Chat, looking things up, checking facts, documents, slides, spreadsheets, PDFs, pictures, video, sound, and meeting notes are built. The features page has a page for each.
What is a helper?
A helper takes a job from start to finish. It writes down its steps, does them, and shows you each one. See helpers.
Will it do things while I am away?
Anything that needs your yes waits for you. Jobs you set to repeat live in Automated Tasks.
Are there little apps inside it?
Yes. A store lets you add little apps to the same place. See apps.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes. AI answers can be wrong or old, so read them before you count on them or pass them on. It is not medical, legal, or money advice.
Staying in control
Will it do something big without asking me?
No. It may read and write drafts on its own. Sending, spending, and publishing wait for your yes.
Can I stop a job halfway?
Yes. You can stop at any time. You pay for the work already done, and the rest goes back to you.
Can I see what it did?
Yes. Everything it did is kept in a record you can open.
What if a web page or file tries to fool it?
We know this can happen. That is why anything that can act needs your yes first. We do not say it can never happen.
Your information
Where is my information kept?
Your account information is kept on our servers, in a space set apart for you. Each profile is kept apart too. See your data.
What is the Google Drive copy?
It is an optional daily copy of your information in your own Google Drive. It is Off until you turn it on.
Can I take my information out or delete it?
Yes. You can download everything or delete your account from Settings. The draft terms give you 14 days to change your mind.
Are my privacy choices turned on for me?
No. Every optional switch starts Off, and you choose the first time you open the app.
Is it watching my screen?
Only if you say yes. Screen-watching memory is Off to begin with, for adults only, and never on a child profile. You can see and delete what it remembers.
Will it use my writing to teach AI?
Our draft privacy policy says no, unless you say yes later.
Are the legal pages final?
No. The terms, privacy, and other legal pages are drafts, and a lawyer has not finished reading them.
Has anyone outside checked it and approved it?
No. No outside group has checked or approved it, and we do not say they have. See security.
Cost
How much will it cost?
Prices are not set yet. Three plans are planned, and nothing can be bought. See pricing.
What are credits?
Credits pay for the work your helper does. Think of a prepaid gift card.
How will I know the cost before I start?
When a job starts, a little is set aside, so you know the most it should cost. When it ends, you pay for what was used and the rest comes back.
What if I stop a job?
You pay for what was already done. The unused part goes back to your balance.
What if I run out of credits?
The job does not start, and you are not charged for it.
Family
Can my family use it too?
A family plan is planned. A parent can add child profiles. See profiles and family.
Can my child have their own account?
No. People under 18 cannot make their own account. A parent adds and manages a child profile.
Is a child profile safe?
It has stricter rules. There is no screen-watching memory, no usage counting, no personal touches, no connected accounts, no sharing outside the family, and no open chat. Other AI features are limited. A parent can look at, download, and delete what is kept.
Can I keep work and home apart?
Yes. Separate spaces keep home, work, and school apart in one account.
Devices
What devices will it work on?
The Mac app is built and in testing. Windows, iPhone and iPad, Android, and a web version are planned. None has a date.
Will I be able to use it in a web browser?
A web version is planned. Nothing is released yet.
Can people who build software use it?
Guides for builders are made but not public, and no public access is open. See developers.
Is there a place to get help?
A help center you can search is built and not public yet.
