What is new
Product news and releases, newest first.
A new site with a page for every feature
The site has a new look and a page for each feature and app. There are also pages on how it works, devices, who it is for, your information, accessibility, and common questions. Nothing is released yet, and no price is set.
Marketing site prepared for crosspoint.nexus
The site now has a contact page, a sign-in link, honest Pricing coming soon wording, and Coming soon notes for every download. Terms and privacy are still drafts.
Draft legal documents published for review
Terms, privacy, copyright, acceptable use, child safety, and helper company pages now show the current drafts from our lawyers, each marked as a draft with its last updated date. None of them is final yet.
Help center and developer guides built
A help center you can search and a set of guides for people who build software are now built. Neither is public yet.
Streaming tabs in the Browser
The Browser plays streaming tabs and works with your keyboard's play and pause keys. You sign in yourself, we do not keep your streaming passwords, and protected video that cannot play shows a plain message.
Stronger protection behind the scenes
Our own services now check who is asking, limit how much they take at once, and keep secret keys out of their records. We also fixed problems across the app with keyboard use, focus in pop-up windows, and dark theme contrast.
Android app progress
The parts of the Android app for chat, notifications, privacy choices, and keeping your work safe while you are offline are built and tested. Android is still coming soon and has not been released.
Initial build of the Mac app and services
The first full build now exists: the Mac app, with chat, helpers, research, Docs, Slides, Sheets, PDF, Designer, pictures and sound, Automated Tasks, Browser, Memory, Projects, connected accounts, Drive, and the App Store, plus the Password Manager and Notebook. It is in testing and has not been released.
Privacy choices default to Off
Every optional privacy switch starts Off, including the daily Google Drive export, usage counting, crash reports, and personal touches. Screen-watching memory is opt-in, for adults only, and never available on child profiles.
Website updated to match the build
Features now show what is built and what is coming soon, and the download and security pages say where things stand. Nothing is released yet, and no price is set.
